Conical chinois sieve, 23 cm – de Buyer

Conical strainer, produced by de Buyer. This product is made from a special type of stainless steel -AISI 304. It has been designed for constant and long-term use and is extremely resistant to deformation.

It is provided with 1.5 mm diameter drain holes and a curved, welded steel handle that cannot be bent. The handle ensures ergonomic handling, and together with the fixing hook placed in front of the container, ensures a perfect grip on the dishes/surfaces on which the sieve is placed, preventing spillage.
