Chinese strainer, the de Buyer brand, made from special AISI 304-type stainless steel was designed for constant and long use, being highly resistant to deformations.

The utensil is provided with drain holes with a diameter of 1.5 mm and a welded, curved steel handle, which cannot be bent. The handle ensures ergonomic handling and together with the fastening hook placed in front of the container, ensures a perfect grip on the cookware or surfaces the strainer is placed on and prevents the contents from spilling.
