Made from special HR® (High Resistance) ceramic, this baking tray has high thermal resistance in the oven, up to 270°C, being ideal for preparing, heating and serving appetizers. This technology makes the product withstand thermal shocks; the baking tray can go from the refrigerator, from temperatures down to -20°C, directly into the oven, and vice versa. Thus, the cakes and snacks can be re-heated and served directly from this baking tray when they are taken out of the oven.  

Thanks to the design, shape and to the specially processed material of this baking tray, heat is distributed evenly for a gradual heating. The side handles of the baking tray allow for easy handling when this is put into or taken out of the oven.
