Rectangular oven dish, dimensions 30 x 19 x 6.5 cm (inner dimensions 21.5 x 15 x 5.5 cm), capacity 1.55 L, with plain and practical design, Emile Henry brand. The oven dish has wide edges for a good gripping/handling, and its depth makes it ideal to prepare steaks, lasagna or for gratination.

Manufactured from special HR® ceramic (High Resistance), this oven dish has high thermal resistance, up to 270°C, in the oven, being ideal for preparing steaks, lasagna, for gratinating vegetables or for anything else you have decided to prepare in the oven. This technology enables the oven dish to withstand thermal shocks; the oven dish can be transferred from refrigerator, from temperatures down to -20°C, straight into oven. 

Thanks to the special design and shape and to the specially processed material, heat is distributed evenly for gradual baking, and the results of your work are successful every time.
