This product is ideal for cooking Foie gras. Very easy to use, the terrine dish provides an ingenious system for pressing the foie gras and collecting fat. Specially designed for duck or goose liver, weighing up to 500 g, the lid acts as a press during cooking and the fat falls naturally into the designated area. The lid also moulds the foie gras into a medallion shape when maturing.
The HR® (High Resistance) ceramic developed in the Emile Henry laboratories withstands temperatures of up to 270°C and distributes heat evenly over the entire surface of the dish. The enamel used to finish the dish protects it from scratches and chipping (you can cut directly into the dish without scratching the product), making it possible to wash it in the dishwasher.
