This baking dish, fitted with high and corrugated edges, made of ceramic resistant to high temperatures, is ideal for baking and serving tarts and cakes. This baking dish keeps the goodies warm for a longer time.

The HR® (High Resistance) ceramic developed in the Emile Henry laboratories withstands temperatures ranging from -20°C to +270°C and distributes heat evenly across the entire surface of the product. The enamel used in finishing protects the product from scratches and chipping (you can cut directly in the dish without leaving scratch marks) making it dishwasher-safe.
