The tajine is resistant to high temperatures and microwaves, does not chip nor scratch easily so foods can be cut directly inside the tajine without scratching the product.

This dish is suitable for slow cooking, a process that brings out the flavors in the food. The uniquely shaped lid allows the steam to circulate and keep the foods tender.

The enamel used in finishing is very resistant, making it safe to clean the tajine in the dishwasher.
