The product is equipped with a built-in thermometer that measures temperatures between 20 and 220 °C.

The section comprising the tablespoon can be washed in the dishwasher, but the detachable part that includes the thermometer should never be inserted into the water.

Requires an LR44 battery that is included in the package.
