How to use Coravin Sparkling™

Install the Sparkling stopper
After pouring the desired amount of sparkling wine, lift the stopper locking handle to the unlocked position. Place the stopper on the bottle and press the locking handle firmly until it locks into place.

How to fill the bottle with CO2
Check the pressure indicator to make sure it is green – this indicates that a Coravin Pure™ Sparkling CO2 capsule is installed. Align the charger over the stopper and press firmly. The pressure indicator will change to red, signifying that the bottle is ready to load. When the indicator returns to green, the bottle is fully charged.
