Set of 6 replacement Pure Sparkling™ CO2-filled capsules, Coravin brand, compatible with the Coravin Sparkling™ wine preservation system. These patented capsules filled with pure CO2 preserve sparkling wine's freshness and effervescence for up to 4 weeks.

Each capsule is sufficient to preserve up to 7 standard 750 ml sparkling wine bottles.

How to use Coravin Sparkling™

Place the Sparkling stopper
After you have poured as much sparkling wine as you want, lift the locking handle of the stopper up to the unlocked position. Place the stopper on the  top of the open bottle and firmly press the locking handle down until locked.

How to charge the bottle with CO2
Check the pressure indicator to make sure it is green - this indicates that a Coravin Pure™ Sparkling CO2 capsule is installed. Align the charger above the stopper and press firmly. The pressure indicator light will change to red, indicating that the bottle is ready to charge. When the indicator turns green again, the bottle is fully charged.

You know exactly when your bottle is fully charged with CO2 gas or when you need to replace the capsule.

Tilt for CO2 release

When you are ready to take the stopper off, you can release the pressure from the bottle by simply tilting the stopper. Then, pull the locking handle up for full release.
