Product description

The flexible madeleines mould, from the "Elastomoule" range, de Buyer brand is the ideal solution to quickly bake delicious and perfectly-shaped cakes.

The flexible mould is made from silicone with metal powder, withstands temperatures between -70°C and +300°C and has excellent conductivity of cold and heat. Thanks to the material, the cakes will not stick to the surface, and the elasticity of the mould will allow that the cakes be removed easily.

The flexible mould can be used both in the traditional oven and in bain-marie. Do not use this mould in the microwave.

It is recommended to place the product on a perforated tray before putting into the oven. To be cleaned only manually.

Capacity: 9 individual servings.
