On the top, the pepper grinder has a knob for adjusting the grain size. Turn clockwise for a finer grind and anti-clockwise for a coarser grind.

What kind of peppercorn are recommended?

Black, white or green peppercorns are recommended, dry, hard, with a maximum diameter of about 5 mm. Pink peppercorns can only be used in a mixture (maximum 15% pink peppercorns) with one of the above-mentioned types of pepper. Dried coriander seeds can also be used in Peugeot pepper grinders.

What kind of salt is recommended?

For best results, dry salt is recommended. As handy as they are practical, perfect for spicing up a dish in the kitchen or at the table, the 9 cm Nancy pepper grinder and the 9 cm salt shaker form an irreplaceable duo.
