"Molene" pepper grinder, 14 cm, Black - Peugeot

Pepper grinder, 14 cm high, Peugeot brand, made of acrylic.

The pepper grinders mechanism is equipped with 2 rows of steel teeth, in a spiral shape, which hold and guide the peppercorns for perfect grinding.

On the top, the grinder has a knob for adjusting the grain size. Turn clockwise for a finer grind and counterclockwise for a coarser grind.

What kind of pepper is recommended?

Black, white or green peppercorns, dried, hard, with a maximum diameter of about 5 mm, are recommended. Pink peppercorns can only be used in a mixture (maximum 15% pink pepper) with one of the previously mentioned types of pepper. Dried coriander seeds can also be used in Peugeot pepper mills.

The grinder may contain pepper for demonstration purposes and must be emptied before use.
