The pepper grinder is made from acrylic and has a height of 18 cm. The grind mechanism is provided with 2 spiral-shaped rows of steel teeth, which grip and guide the peppercorns for a perfect grinding.

At the top, the grinder has a knob to adjust the granulation. Rotate clockwise for finer grind and counterclockwise for coarser grind.

What type of peppercorns is recommended?

Black, white or green peppercorns, dried, hard, with a maximum diameter of about 5 mm, are recommended. Pink peppercorns can only be used in a mixture (maximum 15% of pink pepper) with any of the above-mentioned types of peppercorns. Also, dried coriander seeds can be used in the Peugeot pepper grinders.

Tan Hoi pepper, produced in Vietnam, has a slightly woody, pungent aroma, which makes it ideal to season red meat steaks, fish, salads or mashed potatoes. The amount of 70 g of peppercorns will allow you to experience enough recipes to fall in love with its intense aroma.
