Set of 4 ramekin bowls, made from tempered glass ideal for preparing and serving crème brûlée, soufflé, cheese or egg dishes, and other desserts.

The OVENCHEF® range is made from heat-resistant tempered glass that can withstand temperatures ranging from -20 °C to 300 °C. Tempered glass is resistant to mechanical and thermal shocks, suitable for microwave use, and can be cleaned in the dishwasher.

Duralex toughened glass is 2.5 times stronger than ordinary glass.

THERMAL SHOCK RESISTANCE

Recommendations for all products

• Do not use Duralex products in the oven, except for the OVENCHEF range.
• Do not use products directly on an open flame.
• Do not expose products to a rapid temperature change greater than 130 °C / 392 °F.
• Do not use a damaged or chipped product.
• Avoid scratching the product surface.

Cleaning

• Wash before use.
• Soak the bowl in water with detergent for 20 minutes.
• Do not use metal sponges, abrasive sponges, or cleaning powder.
• To remove hard water stains, use vinegar.
