A powerful, fresh aroma

These white peppercorns are literally the heart of the peppercorns. Peppercorns are picked when they are cherry-like red and fully ripe, then soaked in fresh water before their outer pulp is carefully removed. This way, the white peppercorns offer a floral freshness and menthol notes.

Suitable for white meat, poultry, white fish and vegetables, especially pumpkin, asparagus, green beans and leafy salads. The white peppercorns also work well in desserts with oranges or pears.
