This set, KitchenAid brand, includes:

- attachment for mincing meat 5KSMFGA;

- attachment for mashing fruit and vegetables 5KSMFVSP.

For excellent results, mince the meat after it has previously been stored in the refrigerator or when it is half-frozen.

Depending on the recipe, you have at your disposal a thick sieve, 6 mm in diameter and a fine sieve, 4.5 mm in diameter.

For safe and comfort, use the plastic pusher to guide the ingredients.

The 5KSMFGA attachment for mincing meat, includes:

- 1 removable meat tray;

- 1 thick sieve, 6 mm in diameter, for grinding raw meat; 

- 1 fine sieve, 4.5 mm in diameter, for mincing Parmesan cheese, already cooked meat or you can make bread crumbs. 

- 1 knife made of stainless steel;

- 1 pusher to guide the ingredients.

With the attachment for mashing, you can make purees from soft fruit and boiled vegetables, sauces, jams and even baby food.

When using the mashing attachment, it is not necessary to remove the peel of fruit / vegetables before inserting them into the feeder tube because the seeds and peels are removed during the mashing process.

The 5KSMFVSP attachment for fruit and vegetable mashing includes:

- 1 plastic feeder tray with anti-splash lid;

- 1 plastic auger positioned inside the conical sieve;

- 1 conical sieve made of stainless steel and plastic that separates the peels and seeds from the fruit or vegetable puree.
