Meat grinder accessory, from KitchenAid, compatible with KitchenAid mixers, will help you to quickly grind meat. You can also use the accessory to grind hard cheeses or nuts.

For excellent results, grind the meat after it has previously been stored in the refrigerator or when it is half-frozen.

Depending on the recipe, you have at your disposal one thick sieve, with diameter of 6 mm, and one fine sieve, with diameter of 4.5 mm.
