The walls of the conical saute pan are formed, starting from the inside, of an external layer of 18/10 stainless steel, 2 thicker internal layers of aluminum, which include a thick internal median layer of aluminum alloy, and 3 layers of special Triplinduc® alloys. The surface is finished with SILVINOX® technology.
TriplInduc® is a unique combination of 3 alloys that allows you to easily switch from a gas stove (or any other type of stove) to induction or vice versa. Moreover, TriplInduc® offers up to 30% more induction efficiency and guarantees that the base will remain flat, even after many years of use.
The saute pan is specially designed for cooking at low temperatures, but it can be used for any type of cooking.
The stainless steel handle is durable, smooth, and allows the pan to be handled in a comfortable manner. It was designed in such a way as to maintain a low temperature when the pan is overheated.

The 7-Ply multilayer material has a thickness between 3 and 3.3 mm, distributing heat evenly from bottom to top over the entire surface of the dish.
