PROFESSIONALISM, SPECIAL LOOK AND COMFORT IN USE
With the technology, design and performance of the products that are part of the Atlantis range, Demeyere has managed to reach the highest level in manufacturing the stainless steel cookware without forgetting about the tradition and the simple pleasure of cooking.
The practical design and the technologies used have been adjusted for each product, thus increasing the culinary value of the dishes cooked with the help of these cookware.
In manufacturing the saucepans and cooking pots from the Atlantis range, Demeyere uses walls made of 18/10 stainless steel in combination with a thermo-conductive material consisting of 7 layers: InductoSeal. The surface of cookware is finished using Silvinox technology.
Due to the design and the special fastening process, the cast handles made of 18/10 stainless steel remain cold enough to be safely handled on electric hobs. They prevent the accumulation of dirt or scraps, guaranteeing a healthy and hygienic cooking process.
InductoSeal
InductoSeal is a patented Demeyere technology, which involves hermetically sealing a capsule of 7 different alloys at the bottom of cookware, in combination with stainless steel and copper. The capsule is welded around the edge of cookware, made of a single thick layer of 18/10 stainless steel. This unique technology guarantees an optimal heat distribution at the base of cookware, as well as a 33% higher heat distribution surface than traditional cookware. At the same time, the heat, flavor and steam remain inside the cookware, representing the ideal technical solution for a healthy food, boiled or steam boiled, with or without water.
Silvinox
Silvinox technology consists of a unique electrochemical treatment created in Demeyere laboratories. Thanks to Silvinox technology, stainless steel does not lose its luster, shine and does not worn. The result of this technology is a durable stainless steel free of impurities with a surface very easy to wash.

The saute pans and conical saucepans from the Atlantis range are made of a state-of-the-art multi-layered material: 7-PLY.
7-PLY
The walls of cookware consist, starting from the inside, of an outer layer of 18/10 stainless steel, 2 thicker inner layers of aluminum, which comprise a thick inner median layer of aluminum alloy, and 3 layers of special Triplinduc® alloys.
The thickness determines how heat is distributed. For these reasons, the 7-Ply material has different thicknesses depending on the type of cookware:
