Product description
There are several reasons why it is recommended to use a spice grinder. Freshly ground salt and pepper will intensify the flavors, making your dish more delicious. When we are reffering to quality grinders, you can even adjust the granulation depending on the requirements of the recipe.
The Peugeot salt and pepper mills, from the Paris range, presented to the public in 1987, are today the best-selling products in the manufacturer's portfolio. Their classic design, combined with the beech wood, the material from which they are made, make the Paris mills a perfect choice for any kitchen. At the bottom we find the Peugeot logo and at the top is the granulation selection button. This rotates clockwise for a finer grind and counterclockwise for a coarser grind.
Mechanisms guaranteed for life
Peugeot mechanisms are specially developed for each purpose. Thus, the pepper mills use a grinding mechanism made of hard stainless steel, equipped with two rows of spiral-shaped teeth to efficiently guide the peppercorns. The first, larger row is designed to crush the pepper, while the second ensures a perfect grind.
What kind of pepper is recommended?
Black, white or green peppercorns, dried, hard, with a maximum diameter of about 5 mm, are recommended. Pink peppercorns can only be used in a mixture (maximum 15% pink pepper) with one of the previously mentioned types of pepper. Dried coriander seeds can also be used in Peugeot pepper mills.
Height: 18 cm.
The grinder may contain pepper for demonstration purposes and must be emptied before use.
