The barbecue is equipped with an adjustable thermostat with 5 temperature settings, which can be used for slow or fast food cooking.

The Princess hybrid grill comes with a bamboo chopping board, suitable for preparing and serving food. Moreover, the chopping board can be used as a lid and thus, you can fill the barbecue with coal, before transporting it.
