You can use this tray to bake both pizza in the oven and to prepare delicate crepes and other types of pancakes. You can also use it as a tray to bake biscuits, cookies or rolls with sweet or savory fillings.

The enamelled cast iron surface ensures a uniform cooking process, requiring very little oil for preparation.

The tray is designed for the oven, but it can also be used on the stove, electric hob, induction hob or solid fuel stoves.

It can be cleaned in the dishwasher, but manual washing with the Zokura dish brush with code Z1453 is recommended.
