The enameled cast iron surface ensures a uniform cooking process and needs very small amount of oil or grease during cooking.

Features:
The walls are 4 mm thick and on the inside, the tray is coated with one layer of black enamel that facilitates the formation of a non-stick surface when cooking using grease.

The thickness of the base is 4 mm and makes possible for LAVA cookware to be usable on all types of cooktops, including induction hobs.
