Pancake pan, Staub brand, 28 cm diameter, made from cast iron.

The set contains 1 spatula and 1 utensil for laying the dough (both made from wood).

The Staub products are made from a very good quality cast iron with increased resistance to scratching and chipping they are easy to clean and with long service life.

Features:
On the inside, the pan is provided with a layer of matte black enamel produced by Staub through special technologies that offer advantages in the case of cooking techniques. The oils (fats) used during cooking will penetrate the pores of the matte enamel and create a smooth natural non-stick surface. That is why the Staub cookware get better and better as the years go by, as you use them.

The pancake pan can be used on all types of cooktops (gas hob, electric hob, vitro-ceramic hob, halogen hob and induction).

The pan is not suitable for cleaning in the dishwasher.
