High-performance professional Roller Grill CFE 400 device for preparing pancakes, with enamelled cast iron hotplate with a diameter of 40 centimeters.

The enamelled hotplate brings a number of advantages:

- you can prepare pancakes at temperatures ranging between 200-220°C, compared to the 240°C temperature required for a cast iron hotplate, thus, saving energy.

- preparation time is 1 minute as compared to 2 minutes and 30 seconds; you can prepare 60 pancakes per hour.

- this type of hotplate can be used in open spaces due to the enameled layer that makes an excellent temperature transfer and contact with the preparation.

The heating element is arranged in a spiral, thus ensuring the heat distribution to each area of the hotplate. The thermostat allows the temperature to be adjusted between 0-300°C and to keep it constant.

It is recommended to lubricate the hotplate before each baking in order to obtain the best possible result.
