The heating element that the device is equipped with will maintain a constant temperature so that the chocolate remains liquid and does not burn.

The end of the fountain is removable and can be easily cleaned. The stainless steel tray for chocolate shall be cleaned with dishwashing detergent.

Tip: For best results, add cocoa butter or a tablespoon of oil over the chocolate.
