Features:
On the inside, the pan is provided with a layer of matte black enamel produced by Staub through special technologies that offer advantages in the case of cooking techniques, such as boiling, baking or caramelizing. The oils (fats) used during cooking will penetrate the pores of the matte enamel and create a smooth natural non-stick surface. That is why the Staub cookware get better and better as the years go by, as you use them.

The special base makes it possible to use the Staub cookware on all types of hobs, including induction hobs.

This product is not suitable for cleaning in the dishwasher.
