Product description

Professional frying pan, diameter 24 cm, height 3.5 cm, made from aluminum, thickness 5 mm, produced by de Buyer.

The frying pan has non-stick 5-ply PTFE coating, which is PFOA-free and highly scratch-resistant. 

This frying pan is ideal to cook delicate dishes and reheat them before serving.

Frying pan's "Lyonnaise" profile with sloping and rounded sides, with no sharp angles, allows easy transfer of foods from frying pan onto the plate or dish wherefrom they will be served.

The frying pan's outer side has a stainless-steel layer specially designed for induction, with honeycomb pattern that allows for better heat distribution.

The highly resistant handle is made of steel and is secured with rivets.

The frying pan can be used on all types of hobs, including induction hobs. 

Do not overheat or heat the frying pan when empty. Do not use metal utensils in the frying pan.
Cleaning: Wash the frying pan by hand with a non-abrasive sponge.
