What does this mandoline offer?

EFFICIENCY

The stainless steel blade cuts any food easily and is provided with micro-cogs which allow for fruit/vegetables to be cut into very thin slices, without losing their texture, even when they are soft and juicy, such as the tomatoes or the pears.

CONVENIENCE AND EASY HANDLING

The slicing thickness can be adjusted using the built-in button from the end of the handle. The ergonomic non-slip handle is made from polypropylene and allows easy handling.

SAFETY

The non-slip feet confer device stability during use, preventing the risk of injury.
