The stainless steel blade easily and accurately cuts fruits and vegetables in one go, even the soft ones, such as tomatoes or pears.

Slice thickness can be easily adjusted with the help of the control wheel, located on the side of the mandoline. This allows you to adjust slice thickness between 0.5 mm and 10 mm.

This slicer is also fitted with a device for holding the fruit / vegetable, which allows safe use, so that user's hand would not come close to the blade.

The blades are easy to insert on a side of the mandoline and shall be cleaned manually. The blades are durable, being made of carbon steel. The mandoline frame can be cleaned in the dishwasher.

The non-slip feet allow for good stability of this slicer during use.
