Product description
Zwilling bread knife with blade 20 cm long, made from N60 stainless steel.
The N60 stainless steel is corrosion resistant and distinguished by its special combination of chrome and carbon. It has a very fine structure and is hardened by the FRIODUR® cryogenic process – at temperatures as low as -70 °C – resulting in an ultra-sharp and tough blade.
The knife has a serrated edge that cuts evenly through thick or thin crusted bread slices, and also baguettes.
The ergonomic handle made from 18/10 stainless steel offers comfort and safety during use.
Can be cleaned in the dishwasher.
Handcrafted by artisans in Seki, Japan, Zwilling's TWIN Fin II range of knives combine German design and quality with Japanese craftsmanship to produce the finest kitchen knives. Advanced manufacturing techniques result in well-balanced knives with comfortable handles suitable for long-term use.
