The Kiritsuke is an innovative, multifunctional knife with a double-bevelled blade, combining the design of two Japanese knife types—Usuba and Yanagiba—making it suitable for cutting both vegetables and slicing fish.
This Japanese multifunctional version of the chef's knife features a Damascus blade made of VG-10 steel, with 67 layers of stainless steel laminated together.
The knife has an olive wood handle and comes with a protective wooden sheath and a wooden gift box.
