How to use:
Rest the tip of the sharpening steel on a flat surface while holding its handle and keep it in a horizontal position. Place the knife blade edge on the upper surface of the sharpener, trying to keep it at an angle of 20° during the sliding. Repeat the movement as many times as necessary and then switch sides until the blade gets sharp.
Do not use the sharpening steel to sharpen serrated blades or scissors.
