The Microplane Classic graters offer exceptional results thanks to their unique and functional design. The design has its roots in brand's workshops, the products being manufactured from surgical-grade stainless steel.

The blades are very sharp and effortlessly cut both soft and hard ingredients without tearing them apart. Each grater comes together with plastic protective blade cover.

This product is ideal to grate citrus zest off of fruit such as: lemon, orange, grapefruit, lime, etc. or to grate hard cheese such as: parmesan, pecorino romano or asiago cheese. You can also grate spices such as: nutmeg, cinnamon, garlic, ginger, while hot chili pepper can even be turned into powder. Customers have recommended that the grater be also used to remove burnt edges from biscuits or bread.

The surgical-grade stainless steel blade is very durable, and the handle is soft and ergonomic to give your hand as much comfort as possible. For increased stability, the grater is provided with rubber feet.

The product is dishwasher-safe, but the protective blade cover shall be cleaned by hand only.
