Grater produced by Microplane with dimensions of 32.5 x 3.50 x 3 cm, featuring a grating surface of 20.3 x 2.5 cm, a surgical-grade stainless steel blade, and a TPE plastic handle.

The citrus graters from the Premium Classic range by Microplane deliver exceptional results due to their unique and functional design. The design originates from the brand’s workshops and is based on high-quality materials.

The blades are extremely sharp and cut both soft and hard foods effortlessly without tearing them. Each grater comes with a plastic blade guard.

This grater is ideal for zesting citrus peels such as lemon, orange, grapefruit, lime, etc., or for hard cheeses like Parmesan, Pecorino Romano, or Asiago. It is also perfect for grating spices like nutmeg, cinnamon, as well as garlic or ginger. Customers have also recommended using it to remove burnt edges from freshly baked bread or biscuits.

The surgical-grade stainless steel blade is highly durable, and the ergonomic handle ensures comfort for your hand. For added stability, the grater features rubber feet.

It is dishwasher-safe, but the blade guard should be washed by hand only.
