Frying basket, size 35.4 × 32.5 cm GN 2/3, produced by AMT Gastroguss, made from aluminium with Lotan® non-stick coating. Choose to prepare potatoes, cheese croquettes, or fish croquettes using less fat.

All AMT Gastroguss products are made from hand-cast aluminium. AMT Gastroguss cookware are also renowned for their base that do not deform over time, even when subjected to extreme temperature variations.

The Lotan® coating offers all the advantages of a classic non-stick coating but does so without containing PFOA.

This product is oven-safe at temperatures up to 260 °C and can be used on all hobs except induction hobs.

Can be cleaned in the dishwasher.
