Electronic scales, KitchenAid brand, equipped with 2 platforms which weigh large amounts, up to 5000 grams in 1 gram increments and amounts smaller than 500 grams in 0.01 gram increments for ingredients such as yeast and spices, ensuring precision and control during the preparing process.

The two stainless steel platforms of the scales can be used simultaneously or independently, the backlit display indicating both weights. Each platform is equipped with a Tare function, ideal for compensating the bowl/container weight or for measuring several ingredients.

TARE: Weigh all ingredients into one container using the Tare function to eliminate weight. Also works to zero the weight of any container before adding food. 

Cleaning: Durable stainless steel surfaces are wiped quickly, they will not stain themselves and will not retain odors. They shall only be hand-cleaned. Do not immerse in water or put in the dishwasher. For optimal care, wipe with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly.

Batteries: Powered by 3 AAA batteries, not included. The scales can be turned off or it will turn off automatically after 3 minutes of inactivity.
