Electric slicer Sinus 1, produced by Ritter, blends exceptional slicing performance with the robustness of a metallic body and the elegance of a suspended design.

The high-quality, shatter-resistant glass panel at the base gives the slicer a distinctive touch and allows sliced food to be collected directly onto plates.

The Sinus 1 universal slicer is powered by a 65 W eco motor, offering 20% reduced energy consumption and 50% increased efficiency compared to the previous model. This ensures energy efficiency and a positive environmental impact.

The serrated stainless steel blade, polished with a special electrolytic process, features an extremely smooth surface and uniform cutting edge. This ensures precise slicing results and easier cleaning.

The Sinus 1 effortlessly slices a variety of foods, such as deli meats, cheeses, bread, vegetables, fruits, and more. The slicing thickness is adjustable from 0-20 mm via a simple knob. By removing the sliding system, it can accommodate larger food items as well.

The suspended design and detachable blade and sliding system simplify cleaning.

The blade can be removed easily without additional tools, thanks to the convenient "bayonet lock" system.

A smooth circular blade for ham and sausages is available separately.
