Electric slicer Sigma 1, produced by Ritter, combines a metal construction with functional design, offering an excellent performance-to-price ratio.

Its slim design makes the Sigma 1 slicer ideal for small kitchens, as it takes up minimal countertop space.

The Sigma 1 universal slicer is powered by an eco motor of 65 W, ensuring 20% lower energy consumption and 50% increased efficiency compared to the previous model. This promotes energy savings and contributes positively to environmental protection.

All stability components are made from metal, providing robust construction and precise slicing performance.

The adjustable slicing thickness, ranging from 0-20 mm, enables you to cut a wide variety of foods, such as deli meats, cheeses, bread, vegetables, fruits, and more.

The device includes a serrated circular blade, a sliding system (detachable for slicing larger foods), and a switch for intermittent or continuous operation.

For easy cleaning, both the blade and the sliding system are detachable.

The serrated circular blade can be easily removed without the need for tools, thanks to a convenient "bayonet lock" system.

A smooth circular blade for ham and sausages is available separately.
