The Artisan cooking machine - produced by KitchenAid - is a versatile kitchen appliance capable of handling a variety of tasks, equipped with a wide range of accessories and operating at temperatures from 40°C to 140°C.

This machine can replace many of the typical kitchen appliances, as it can crush, chop, blend, stir, whisk, emulsify, knead, boil, steam, and simmer with just a button press.

To accomplish these tasks, the machine offers 6 cooking programs: boiling, frying, slow simmering, steam cooking, preparing purée, and dough preparation.

Thanks to its thick aluminium plate inside, the machine quickly reaches the cooking temperature of 140°C. This ensures rapid and even heating, maintaining a high temperature even when cold ingredients are added.

The machine includes a 4.5 L stainless steel bowl with a wide base, ergonomic handles, a fixed lid, and a spout designed for easy ingredient addition. The bowl allows for the preparation of up to 6 servings of food.

The premium metal housing, with metal handles and bars, ensures that the machine is robust, stable, durable, and easy to clean.
