Why? Because this method promotes healthy, tasty, fat-free and uniform cooking, keeping all the vitamins and nutrients in the food, and the results are precise and superior to those of traditional cooking.
The principle underlying this cooking method is that of vacuum sealing the food in plastic bags and keeping them in water for a long time, at a constant and relatively low temperature (55°-65°C).
The appliance from Unold has been specially designed for this cooking method, providing all the qualities of a simple and efficient use. Small sized and taking up minimum of space in the kitchen, the appliance works in the simplest way possible: you attach it to the water container (in which the vacuum sealed food bags are to be placed), you set the desired temperature at which the water has to reach and...you turn the appliance on.
