The Artisan cook processor - KitchenAid brand - is an appliance that can do a multitude of tasks in the kitchen, as it is equipped with a fairly wide range of accessories and is able to operate at temperatures ranging from 40°C to 140°C.

This cook processor can take the place of many appliances that are typically in a kitchen because, at the touch of a button, the cook processor can crush, grind, mix, beat, emulsify, knead, boil, steam-cook, pressure cook.

To accomplish these tasks, the cook processor has 6 cooking programs intended for boiling (Boil), frying (Fry), slow cooking (Stew), steam cooking (Steam), mashing (Puree) and kneading (Dough).

Thanks to the thick aluminum plate inside the appliance, the cook processor easily and quickly reaches the cooking temperature of 140°C. The temperature rises fast when you add cold ingredients.

The cook processor is equipped with a 4.5 L stainless-steel broad-base bowl, with ergonomic handles, fixed lid and a pouring mouth specially designed so as to allow you to insert ingredients into the bowl. Given the bowl capacity, you can easily cook up to 6 portions.

The casing has premium metal design, with metal handles and bars, which makes the appliance sturdy, stable, durable for a long time and easy to clean.
