"Choc Ceramic" baking tray for tatin tarts, de Buyer brand, diameter 24 cm, made from aluminum, with non-stick layer.

The baking tray is designed for preparation of Tatin tarts: prepare the caramel on the hob, add apple slices, cover the tray and put it in the oven.

The tray, made from 4.7-mm thick aluminum, heats up quickly and distributes heat evenly. The tray has scratch-proof non-stick coating for a quick and easy turning over tarts, while the ceramic base is hard and long lasting.

The tray is suitable for use on all types of hobs, except for induction one. 

Care: clean the tart tray only by hand with a non-abrasive sponge.
