Digital barbecue fork thermometer, made of stainless steel, Zokura brand
The LED screen displays temperature in the range between - 40°C and + 220°C.
The thermometer displays temperature for 6 types of meat (beef, chicken, pork, turkey, veal and lamb) and differentiates between 4 levels of meat preparation - rare, medium rare, medium, well done.
Use
To turn on the thermometer, press the ON/OFF button, and to turn in off, press the button for 3 seconds.
The thermometer runs with 2 LR03 batteries (included in the package).
Temperature measurement
Before measuring the temperature, set the thermometer to the desired type of meat by pressing the MEAT button until you reach the desired setting. Then press the KEYS button to choose the cooking level. The cooking level is set according to the type of meat selected.
To measure the temperature, insert the fork halfway in the largest part of the dish - at least 1 cm deep.
Wait a few seconds for the temperature to be displayed. The corresponding cooking level will be displayed on the LCD screen. The thermometer will indicate with a alert sound that the cooking process is completed.
After each use, clean the thermometer rods with water and detergent.
