Baking stone for Karu 12G pizza ovens - Ooni

Baking stone for Karu 12G and Karu 12 ovens, brand Ooni, extremely durable and resistant, made of cordierite. With a thickness of 15 mm, it retains heat and facilitates quick and even baking of the dough to achieve a delicious pizza every time.

Clean the stone with the Ooni oven brush after it has cooled. Turn the stone over before the next use to remove excess flour. Do not use water or soap.
