Together with this appliance, you will also receive 10 bags (22 × 30 cm) specially created for this vacuum sealing action and for all cooking processes: from freezing in the freezer, to microwave cooking and sous-vide cooking. The bags are reusable to minimize the environmental impact. The foods kept in these vacuum bags last up to 5 times longer than the usual time. The powerful vacuum pump has a capacity of 9 l/minute and acts with pressure of 85 kPa.

Place the plastic vacuum sealing bag in the correct position indicated in the instructions for use and close the lid. Press with your fingers both ends of the appliance. The vacuum sealing process will begin and all the air will be removed from the bag. Immediately after that, the appliance will seal the bag. After the bag is sealed, you can stop from pressing on the appliance.
