Vacuum food storage container "FRESH & SAVE" made from borosilicate glass, capacity 350 ml, from Zwilling.

The size S food storage container with a maximum capacity of 350 ml, usable capacity of 200 ml, has the dimensions 15.5 × 8.5 × 6.7 cm and is designed to work with the FRESH & SAVE vacuum pump. Food stays fresh up to 5 times longer than stored in regular food storage containers.

The container made of borosilicate glass is resistant between -20 °C and +280 °C and has an ABS lid, double seal and silicone vacuum valve.

The food storage container can be placed in the microwave (without vacuum seal) and can be washed in the dishwasher. The glass container is ovenproof (without lid).

With the Fresh & Save system you no longer waste food because you can  freeze fresh fruit, vegetables, pasta, rice or other foods, and you can enjoy their freshness and nutrients at any time.

How the vacuuming process works

Attach the vacuum pump to the container's valve and at the touch of a button, extract air in just a few seconds. The pump stops automatically once sufficient negative pressure has been applied, preserving thus the flavours and vitamins.

Keep track of frozen food

So your food doesn't get forgotten in the fridge or freezer, you can easily record it in the ZWILLING Culinary World app: scan the printed QR code before storing the container and then watch for timely notifications. This way, you will know when it's time to consume the food.

The free app determines the shelf life of food and vacuum containers and informs you in a timely manner with a notification as soon as the food should be consumed.
