Product description
Madeleines or madlenes are small cakes that differ from other desserts by their specific scallop-like shape and generally have a pronounced lemon taste.
The original recipe comes from the northeast of France, but madlenes became famous all over the world thanks to Proust. His memory is triggered involuntarily after he feels the aromatic taste of a madlene, and thus he begins his book "In Search of Lost Time".
Tray for mini madlenes, produced by Kitchen Craft, made from carbon steel, dimensions 27 x 21 cm with 24 compartments (5 x 3 cm).
It has a non-stick inner layer free of PTFE and PFOA, called Quantum II, which allows for uniform baking, without sticking, thus cleaning the tray will become a pleasure.
The material from which the tray is made withstands high temperatures of up to 220°C or 480°F in the traditional oven, but also in the freezer and refrigerator.
The tray can also be cleaned in the dishwasher.
