Stainless-steel smokehouse with two compartments, de Buyer brand

The smokehouse is recommended to be used in an open space, outdoors, sheltered from the wind or in a very well-ventilated space.

Compact and easy to use, this smokehouse consists of one chamber with lid in which food is placed to be smoked, oven, thermometer to monitor the temperature, two stainless-steel grill grids and two detachable feet to hold the smoker chamber.

The smoker chamber and the oven are connected by a flexible tube which can be extended to adjust the temperature. The shorter the tube and the closer the two components are to each other, the higher the temperature for the smoking process will be.

The product comes with a 500 g bag of beech wood sawdust and a brochure with tips and recipes.
